30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with CallGuard™. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase.

This means you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and use the order lookup tool with the email address you used at checkout.
  • Or contact our support team through the support channels on our website and we will help facilitate the request with Paddle.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your CallGuard™ subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for charges already processed. If you cancel within the 30-day guarantee period, you remain eligible for a full refund of your initial payment.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. Outside of the 30-day guarantee window, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
